抄録

<p>This paper proposes a vibration control method by using a deformation of magnetic fluid. The deformation changes inertia of an object. Since slight change of inertia reduces vibration, the method does not require expensive component such as long range sensor and long stroke actuator. To verify and evaluate the method, pendulum was used. As a result, the method was verified. Settling time of the vibration shorten about 40% compared to without vibration control.</p>
