Abstract

<p>This study is intended to clarify a problem made with the integrated community care system which adapted to the characteristic of the housing complex in the super aged society. In this article, I grasped the actual situation of the integrated community care system among the Wakabadai housing complex in Yokohama-city that aging went ahead through rapidly. It was based on the situation such as self-care, the mutual aid of the old resident and the situation of the mutual help-like activity by the local community. As a result, it became clear that it is necessary to use the unit and system of the residential complex for self-care and mutual aid of the resident, and that it is necessary to revise of city planning for the construction of the facilities etc..</p>
