- 河川における環境DNA含有物質の動態に関する基礎的研究
Abstract
<p> In recent years, techniques called environmental DNA (eDNA) analysis, are advanced as a monitoring method for evaluation the inhabitation status of aquatic organism. However, there is little knowledge about the dynamics of eDNA in running water including river. In this study, we tried to elucidate the dynamics of eDNA by (1) field experiments using Plecoglossus altivelis altivelis (Ayu) in order to clarify the influence distance of eDNA and decreasing trend of eDNA concentration due to flowing down, (2) sedimentation experiment and (3) measurement of particle size for excrement and mucus/epidermal tissue contain eDNA. In addition, we conducted (4) the numerical simulation using one dimensional water and material trasportation model to reappear dynamics of environmental DNA observed in field experiments.</p>
