Abstract

<p>Since <i>Urushi</i> has high durability, safety to human body, and high electrical insulation, <i>Urushi</i>-Based Electronic circuit (<i>Urushi</i> circuit) using <i>Urushi</i> as circuit board material has been proposed. Multilayer mounting of <i>Urushi</i> circuit can be considered as a method to make the <i>Urushi</i> circuit smaller and more advanced. However, in the current method of making <i>Urushi</i> circuit, unevenness caused by the thickness of the wiring occurs on the circuit mounting surface when laminating <i>Urushi</i> circuit. It is a problem because it causes distortion in the upper layer circuit. Therefore, in this research, we investigated the surface smoothing method of the <i>Urushi</i> circuit in order to multilayer <i>Urushi</i> circuit. this paper proposed the method making groove to embed wiring on <i>Urushi</i> film by silk screen printing.</p>
