<p>The one-way channel with multi-junction is more and more common. Because of the limited navigation direction of the ship, the dense traffic flow and a long navigation time, it is susceptible to other factors. Due to the limited berth resources, some administrations use flexible berthing scheme to improve the utilization of berths. However, flexible berthing may reduce the service level of large ships. The berths and channel are influence, interact and depend on each other. Therefore, the influence of such berthing scheme on the navigation of the one-way channel with multi-junction cannot analyzed intuitively. This paper established a simulation model of ship operation in port area, which has a one-way channel with multi-junction, compared and analyzed the navigation conditions of the channel with different berth scheduling rules. This research obtains the influence of flexible berthing on navigation of multi-junction channel that provides a basis for terminal ship scheduling.</p>
