<p>Users in an elevator hall have no way to confirm the crowded degree in an elevator car, so they might be discouraged when a full elevator arrived. In order to improve this situation, we developed an indication system for indicating the crowded degree in an elevator car. In this research, we clarified how to indicate the crowded degree without mismatch between the users feeling about the real crowded and the indication. As a result, since the users in an elevator hall can appropriately grasp the crowded degree in an elevator car, the convenience and comfort of an elevator can be improved by this system.</p>
