Abstract

<p>初発前思春期投球肘内側障害例の高分解能MRIを調査した.対象は,発症から4週間以内にMRI撮像できた15例である.単純X線で異常を認めたのは15例中9例のみであったが,MRIでは全例異常所見を呈していた.骨化核の異常が12例,軟骨膜の偏位が12例うち途絶は9例,尺側側副靱帯(UCL)またはその周囲組織損傷は14例,鉤状結節の異常は7例であった.前思春期の投球肘内側障害は,骨化核に形態学的な異常を認めずとも,骨化していない軟骨およびそれを取り巻く軟骨膜の異常と,UCLのたるみや信号上昇,そして周囲の軟部組織損傷が主体であり,その初発例は急性損傷の可能性が示唆された.</p>
