Abstract
<p>In the development of control algorithms for self-driving vehicles and electric vehicles, the number of trials is limited because of the high cost of testing using actual vehicles. In this study, the virtual environment necessary for the control algorithm development of the automobile was constructed using the low-cost development environment by open data and game engine. As a result, a three-dimensional road model with difference in elevation, not in plane, was generated in a large-scale range at the urban level. And, this paper carries out connection with HILS as a vehicle running model, and develops a system with practicality.</p>
