Abstract

In this study, we clarified the problems in collecting data on occupational health by referring to the literature survey and the case of Aichi prefecture. We made an activity diagram to show the flow of work related to health information such as the specific medical checkup. We also made an activity diagram to show the flow of collecting health checkup information by prefecture, taking Aichi prefecture as an example. As a result, problems in data collection about occupational health were,(1) in occupational health, it is difficult to build a DB for unified management,(2) difference in recognition of health services by insurers in the work area,(3) There is no mechanism for data provider to take benefits. We organized these problem structures using a cause and effect loop diagram.
