<p>In residential buildings, the ventilation system and air flow routes are important since they affect IAQs and air conditioning loads directly. As the ventilation systems to be examined, the balanced ventilation, the exhaust ventilation and the hybrid natural ventilation driven by the heating and outdoor wind velocity in winter. In this paper, air conditioning loads, PMV, and CO2 concentration in building envelopes with three kinds of ventilation system are simulated by WUFI Plus 3.1.</p>
