Abstract
<p>This study examines some aspects of retail digitalization and digital transformation and defines the essence of omnichannel that is established on these conditions. In addition, the study proposes three following omnichannel dynamic capabilities of successfully promoting a development process of sales/communication channel towards omnichannel: integration dynamic capabilities, coordination dynamic capabilities and analytical dynamic capabilities.</p>
