<p>Ultrasonic devices are capable of real-time and noninvasive measurement which is used widely in medical sites. However, when measuring the deep part of the living body, it is necessary to lower the spatial resolution due to the problem of the wavelength limit. For that reason, it is impossible to measure a sample which diameter is 300 μm or less like seminiferous tubules. In this paper, we propose two methods for noninvasive measurement of thin tubules exceeding the wavelength limit by using echo frequency characteristic of tubular material and AI algorithm. </p>
