Abstract
Using an online questionnaire survey, the present study aims to clarify how a sense of burden affects frequency of purchase/intake of fresh fruit. The sense of burden at the time of product selection and at the time of cooking/eating is examined. The results indicate that fewer people have a sense of burden at time of product selection than at time of cooking/eating, and those who have a sense of burden at time of product selection tend to purchase fresh fruit less frequently than others.
