- 障がい者雇用を通した企業技術者教育
Abstract
In the employment of engineers in companies, not only an able-bodied person but also a person with disabilities is hired. It is acknowledged that promoting the employment of a person with disabilities has a positive effect on internal communication and relationships, as well as the job satisfaction and mental health of able-bodied employees. There are many cases in which people with disabilities are hired as engineers. Corporate engineers will develop safer and easier-to-use products by imagining convenience from the perspective of the people who use them with thoughtful ideas. Through hiring people with disabilities, it makes possible to acquire not only technical skills but also competencies that are mandatory to engineers.
