Abstract
<p>We propose a HDR (high dynamic range) reconstruction method in an image sensor with a pixel-parallel ADC (analog-to-digital converter) for non-destructively reading out the intermediate exposure image. We report the circuit design for such an image sensor and the evaluation of the basic HDR reconstruction method.</p>
