OpenStreetMapを用いた協同編集可能な地域安全マップシステムの試作

近年，子どもが被害者となる凶悪犯罪のニュースが続いており，全国各地では様々な取り組みが行われている．本稿の目的は，子ども達の視線から危険箇所を明らかにするために，地域安全マップシステムを使った地域安全マップ作成活動の提案である．本稿では，子どもが自ら犯罪が起きやすいと思われる場所の情報を入力し，子どもが入力した情報を共有する地域安全マップシステムを試作した．本システムでは，WebSocket技術を用いることで，ユーザ間でリアルタイムに編集情報を共有しながら地図を作成できる協同作業機能を実装した．また，地域安全マップの活用の可能性を広げるために，利用規約の制約のある既存の地図サービスではなく，自由に活用可能なOpenStreetMapを利用した．評価実験では，地域安全マップ作成ワークショップに参加した子ども達を対象に，地域安全マップ作成の効果についてのアンケートを実施したところ，従来の地域安全マップ作成活動と同等の効果が得られることを確認した．

In recent years, news of violent crime that kids become victims continues. Various initiatives are being conducted throughout the country. The purpose of this paper is to propose Community Safety Map creation activity using Community Safety Map System to clarify dangerous part from the viewpoint of children. In this paper, we tried to create a Community Safety Map System that allows children to input information on places where crime is likely to occur themselves and share information entered by children. In this system, by using WebSocket technology, we implemented a collaborative work function that enables users to create maps while sharing information in real time among users. Also, in order to expand the possibility of utilization of the Community Safety Map, we used OpenStreetMap, which is freely available, not an existing map service with constraints on terms of use. In the evaluation experiments, we conducted questionnaires on the effect of Community Safety Map creation for children participating in Community Safety Map creation workshops. It was confirmed that the same effect as the conventional Community Safety Map creation activity can be obtained.
