Abstract

2001年12月から2002年1月にかけて、東京大学史料編纂所・東京国立博物館の主催による展覧会「時を超えて語るもの」が開催され、その第3部として「歴史学のデジタルミュージアム」のコーナーが設けられた。このコーナーでは、日本史学研究の成果を、デジタル技術を用いて効果的に展示することに主眼を置いた。展示のねらいと構成を紹介し、あわせて、来館者の声を分析することによって展覧会を総括し、人文科学とコンピュータ科学による新たなコラボレーションの可能性を考える。

From December, 2001 to January, 2002, the exhibition "Voices from the Past — Historical Sources and Art Treasures" was held by sponsorship of Historiographical Institute the University of Tokyo and Tokyo National Museum, and the corner of "the Digital Museum of Historical Study" was prepared as the part III of the exhibition. At this corner, the chief aim was put on exhibiting the result of Japanese historical study effectively using a digital technology. We would like to introduce the aim and the contents of the exhibition, and to analyze visitors' voices. Then we consider the new possibility of the collaboration of human studies and computer science.
