Functional Verification of Least Congested Routing for Dynamic Multicasting in Optical Packet Switching Networks

With the increase of demand for the Internet, many researchers are engaging in the research and development on optical networks. We focus on the optical packet switching networks with high-speed and large-capacity but big-loss due to lack of a packet buffering function, and also optical multicasting. We verify the effectiveness of Least Congested Multicast Routing for dynamic optical multicasting upon a testbed of all-optical packet network.
