Abstract

In recent years, content in various languages has been posted, and many analyzes have been tried on texts in multiple languages. Here, there are not many sentiment dictionaries that can be used for cross-linguistic analysis in sentiment analysis. It would be useful if dictionaries intended for analysis in a single language could also be used. In this study, we examined whether the emotional polarity values contained in dictionaries were valid for other languages using novel texts translated into multiple languages. As a result, we were able to confirm a certain degree of effectiveness.
