抄録

当科で治療を行った梨状陥凹扁平上皮癌一次根治例のうち、臨床的に健側頸部リンパ節転移が認められない (健側NO) と評価された77例について検討を行った。T1-2の健側N0頸部に対しては厳重な経過観察を行い、T3-4の健側N0頸部に対してはlateral neckdissectionを施行するのでよいと思われた。梨状陥凹内側を中心とした腫瘍はT1-2でも健側転移の危険性があると考えられた。梨状陥凹外側を中心とした腫瘍ではT3-4で健側転移に対する注意を要すると考えられた。
