2 cases of Paget's disease of bone with obvious symptoms in oral and maxillo-facial region were seen in Osaka Dental University Hospital.<BR>Case 1, a 32-year-old male with projection of zygomatic bone, alveolar expansion of maxilla and mandible, roots resorption of teeth, and malposed teeth was examined. His mother and elder brother were diagnosed Paget's disease of bone. In 4 year after the first visit, he had pathological fracture of right femur bone.<BR>Case 2, a 70-year-old female with projection of frontal and zygomatic bone, alveolar expansion of maxilla and mandible, and subperiosteal abscess of 876 region was examined. She recieved mamma carcinoma operation. After removal of offending teeth, discharging pus from extracted sockets had not subsided up to present.
