抄録

We treated 185 patients who had chronic hepatitis C with interferon (IFN) and studied the effect of interferon by means of Logistic regression analysis.<BR>We defined good response as normalization of aminotransferase more than 6 months after termination of IFN and negative HCV-RNA at time of 6 months after termination of IFN.<BR>Good response by means of IFN therapy is dependent to some factors, that is HCV Subtype. Histology, ways of IFN administration and HCV-RNA.<BR>Cases of HCV K2 Subtype, CH2A, prolonged therapy of 8w continuous plus intermittent administration and less than 105 copy/ml of HCV-RNA are effective in treatment of IFN.
