Description and Table of Contents

Description

This comprehensive survey of long-range carbon-proton (13C-1H) and carbon-carbon (13C-13C) couplings contains all the information needed to apply successfully this advanced method of instrumental analysis. It discusses the special considerations that apply particularly to the acquisition of carbon coupling data via Fourier transform NMR spectroscopy and refers to corresponding proton-proton couplings in cases where they apply to carbon-proton and carbon-carbon couplings. It also gives particular attention to the troublesome problem of determining the signs of carbon couplings.
