内容説明
This is a methodological survey of the subject of electrical measurement of non-electrical quantities, with emphasis on mechanical engineering and the machine industry. It comprises three parts. The first deals with general subjects and principles (systems of units, assessment, microprocessor-aided measuring techniques, theoretical and practical auxiliaries etc.). The remainder of the book treats the essentials. The second part concentrates on the measurement of the physical principles applied in transducers (resistive, capacitive, inductive, inductance, thermoelectrical, piezo, Hall generator, discrete, etc.). The third part deals with the non-electrical quantities encountered in practice (linear and angular displacement, speed, acceleration, force, torque, mechanical work, power, time, frequency, phase, pressure, flow, temperature, etc.). The work deals mainly with in-plant measurements, but where necessary the coverage is extended to include the description of laboratory appliances and methods.
目次
Part I. General Principles and Concepts. II. Characteristic Methods of Conversion of Non-Electrical Quantities, Operational Principles and General Basic Relationships of Transducers Used. III. The Electrical Measurement of Typical Mechanical Engineering Quantities. References. Subject Index.
