How should retirement programmes treat women? In Women's Retirement, the needs and problems of women who are retiring are researched, and the relationship of work history and employment status to retirement difficulties examined. Attitudes toward retirement among women of different population groups and the effects of retirement planning on adjustment are explored, as well as the differences between men and women.
