内容説明
This volume describes the detailed techniques of how experiments on eating and drinking are performed, interpreting the results and constructing explanatory theories and models. The logic behind the methods is described, and widely scattered information and techniques passed on as laboratory `folklore' are brought together. Each chapter is written by an expert either responsible for developing, or extensively using, the technique in question. The book will appeal to experimental psychologists and neural scientists working on ingestive behavior, as well as physiologists and nutritionists.
