内容説明

This is a book with broad appeal. Written in the first person by a well known social psychologist and business consultant it shows how business people can stimulate revitalization of their companies by challenging what is, with a dream of what might be. By courage Hornstein is not talking about needles confrontation, tilting at windmills or whistleblowing. Any person working for an organization knows that it harbors powerful forces which discourage employees from questioning the value of established practice. By carefully dispensing perks and promotions it easily finds persuasive means to communicate that individual self interest is better served by silently assenting to what is, rather than speaking out on behalf of what might be. But lacking fresh ideas about strategy and new visions for the company, an organization's health falters causing loss of position within an industry and even bankruptcy.
