内容説明
Ten chapters describe the state of the art of receptor research from the perspective of molecular biology, gene cloning, and protein microsequencing. The articles gather together a wide collection of receptor studies from a variety of different physiological systems and permit an interesting comparison of the different approaches being used in each of these physiological systems. The book also presents in an applied setting the most advanced technologies available today. It demonstrates the application of these techniques to particular problems with the emphasis on the problem rather than on the technology.
