Description and Table of Contents

Description

New theoretical developments and numerous industrial applications of Data Analysis and Informatics are presented in this volume. The theoretical results include advances in multiway tables, heterogeneous tables, textual data, validation, stability of methods, robustness and quality of developments. On the strategic level, different styles of data analysis are also shown. Several papers deal with the facilities now available due to the progress made in graphics and artificial intelligence. The industrial applications include scintigraphic image series processing and image improving, VLSI, assistance in survey processing by expert systems, the implementation of production systems, and electrical network planning.
