Dr Amerasinghe has produced this volume of documents on international administrative tribunals partly as an accompanying work to his previous publication, "The Law of the International Civil Service". Each document, which is preceded by an introductory note with selected references, sets out the interests, purpose, structure, terms of reference and powers of the tribunal to which it relates and in so doing provides a picture of the role and responsibility of the tribunal. This text should be of value to international lawyers and government officials who work with, or within, international organizations.
