Description and Table of Contents

Description

The Soviet-American relationship encompasses a broad range of issues, but the strategic stability of that relationship is first and foremost a question of central military balanceocomprehensive, and not just in nuclear forces. Yet, even as a primarily military issue, strategic stability has important political, economic, and psychological dimensions. This work examines many of these complex issues. Co-published with the Atlantic Council of the United States.
