Description
This book covers all varieties of charterparty and bills of lading. It is suitable for use as either a textbook on carriage of goods by sea at university level and for professional examinations, or by commercial men with interests in the area. There have been many recent developments in carriage by sea which, along with topical issues, are included in this book.
