内容説明

This book presents a collection of articles on the theory, methodology and organisation of international comparative research with special emphasis on the cooperation in social sciences between Eastern and Western Europe. It discusses the problems, both theoretical and practical, which have emerged in the light of the Vienna Centre's work of facilitating scientific cooperation and exchange through the coordination of concrete comparative research projects. It aims to provide guidance to young social scientists engaged in such research.
