Organic waste recycling is a broad subject covering various types of technologies. This book examines the techniques in which organic matters such as human waste, animal manure, agricultural residues and some agro-industrial wastewaters can be treated and recycled into products beneficial to human use. Each chapter includes basic information, designed to provide readers with the principles involved in each process. Design examples and other tables and figures are given to enhance understanding. Experimental data taken from laboratory findings and field-scale experience generated from both developed and underdeveloped countries has been included in order for readers throughout the world to make use of techniques in the context of recycling.
