Description
Substantial developments in the law over recent years have been fully incorporated into the text. Topics including trusts of the family home, constructive and voidable trusts, by cy-pres doctrine, and the tax chapter have been updated to incorporate the "Insolvency Act 1986", "Charities Act 1985" and the replacement of capital transfer tax by inheritance tax under "Inheritance Tax Act 1984". Administration of charities also includes the Woodfield Report. Extensive case law developments have affected, inter alia, constructive trusts, equitable tracing, undue influence and Mareva injunctions. The ramifications of the "Spycatcher" case are also considered.
