Description and Table of Contents
Description
European Community company law and competition policy will radically alter the legal conditions in which trading takes place after 1992. The minimum standards will remove barriers and restriction in an effort to extirpate any remaining vestiges of protectionism within the Community. This book aims to help businesses adapt to these new legal conditions. The "CBI Initiative 1992" aims to provide British business with information and advice on the most important aspects of the single European Market. The companies that have contributed to the series are all founder members of the CBI.
