First published in 1987, "The Environmental Data Report" brings together, in a single volume, currently available data on the global environment. Now revised, it presents up-to-date scientific information from sources all over the world in as uniform a fashion as possible. Explanatory text highlights emerging trends and gives enough related background information for the user to understand these trends and see their implications for the future. All data are presented in the form of tables and diagrams. "The Environmental Data Report" was the first publication of its kind to make data of this breadth, uniformity and reliability available in such a form.
