内容説明
This book approaches contemporary modern philosophy by combining elements of formal and substantive ethics and aims to provide guidelines for the modern moral philosopher asking the updated Kantian question: what is the right thing for me to do? Developing the main categories of modern philosophy by describing conflicts encountered and solutions sought and found by modern men and women, the author discusses the orientative categories of everyday life, analyzes the institutional norms and finally looks at the universal norm of non-instrumentation.
