内容説明
Teacher collaboration is a key activity in the developing school. The contributions offered here provide a set of improvisations on the same theme; that each school needs to establish a collaborative culture as a pre - condition for its own development. Associated themes touched upon here include bureaucratic schooling, democratic leadership, teacher professionalism and teacher involvement in decision - making and "colleagueship". Common themes running through the collection include - the creation of community in schools, the struggle to understand and develop the use of such ideas as commitment, colleagueship and leadership, and the desire to rethink fundamentally how schools can change.
