Designed to further assist suppliers, purchasers and their legal advisers, each precedent is prefaced by an introductory note containing practical guidance on the clauses, reflecting the author's knowledge and experience of the computer industry. Included in this new collection are precedents for: software conversion/translation and distribution agreements, software developments, agreements for provision of on-line services and the software author's agreement.
