内容説明

This book records the proceedings of a conference commemorating the centenary of the birth of Professor Frederick Challenger, who made many of the most significant advances in the subject over the period 1933-1945. It was organized by the Royal Society of Chemistry and co-sponsored by the Biochemical Society, the British Toxicology Society, the Institute of Biology and the Institute of General Microbiology. London 17-18th September 1987. Topics covered include methyl transfer, biomethylation of Ge, Sn, Pb, As, Sb, Hg and global consequences and toxicology of alkyl transfer.
