Description and Table of Contents
Description
These Proceedings describe recent observations and interpretation of, primarily, solar variability in total irradiance and in the UV, EUV, and X-ray spectral regions. In addition, two sections discuss variations, over the solar cycle, in other global properties including oscillations, rotation, convection, magnetic fields and solar radius. A few papers are included discussing solar induced variations in the Earth's middle atmosphere.
