Description

This is a guide to major issues in corporate financial strategy for the non-financial manager. The implied setting for discussion is that of a publicly held company with reasonable profit propects, investment quality obligations and medium to large size, although much of the analysis is equally relevant to the smaller and privately held company. In this setting, the financial manager is presented with a broad range of options. The first part presents fundamentals. The second and third parts, respectively, address asset management, and liability and net worth management. The final part considers the global character of financial management.
