Description and Table of Contents
Description
These are the collected essays of Josef Steindl, the author of "Maturity and Stagnation in American Capitalism". They comprise a lifetime's work and often go very much against the present mainstream of economic thought. Some papers have been rewritten, one expanded and two are completely new. The topics covered include macroeconomics, economic policy, the firm, technology and stochastic processes. The author is influenced by Marx, Keynes and Kalecki but also has many original ideas of his own.
