内容説明
Written in the style of seminar discussions, this book assumes a basic knowledge of dentistry. It discusses clinical techniques and materials in the context of limitations imposed by the patient, and the facilites and abilites of the dentist. It also provides views on the relationship of oral biology and pathology, dental materials science and dental technology to the clinical techniques of conservative dentistry. This book is not intended to be a technique manual, nor an encyclopaedic reference book. It is more in the style of seminar discussions which would be equally at home in senior undergraduate teaching, vocational training or with junior hospital staff. Several chapters are intended to revise and organize earlier learning and others are written to introduce more demanding subjects from a practical viewpoint. Flow charts have been included to help organize information into logical sequence for decision making.
