Description and Table of Contents
Description
The aim of this volume is to present data from a systemic analysis of the dynamics state of glutathione, because it is believed that this analysis is critical and essential for a better understanding of pharmacotoxicological (defense against xenobiotics and peroxids), physiological (defense against stress) and nutritional (reservoir of cysteine) functions.
