内容説明
This work presents current observations of different research groups, covering both the statistical assessment of diet/cancer associations in national and regional populations, as well as the results of laboratory experiments regarding the roles of micro- and macro-nutrients in carcinogenesis. The various aspects of measuring nutritional influence on cancer are examined together with the results of controlled trials of dietary intervention.
