In the first part of this volume the fundamentals of immunoscintigraphy including immunological and technological basics, radiolabelling, biokinetics, dosimetry, adverse reactions, and legislation concerning approval of radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies as radiopharmaceuticals are dealt with. In the second part, clinical experience in using monoclonal antibodies in the most relevant oncologic and neo-plastic diseases is presented both from a diagnostical and a therapeutical point of view. The discussions following each presentation have been included in the form of summaries of the main issues which were addressed.
