内容説明
This book represents a collection of commissioned papers bringing together some of the leading international experts in the field of aviation and regulation policy. It offers a set of detailed studies of how aviation policy has developed in the USA, Europe, Australia and Canada. The individual contributions examine the way economic regulation evolved in each country, the reasons behind the recent changes which have occurred and the implications of these changes. Additionally, Alfred Kahn, the Chairman of the US's Civil Aeronautics Board at the time domestic aviation was deregulated in the States, offers a broader overview drawing together the strands of international experience and setting out his ideas on the impacts liberalization had.
