内容説明
The British Computer Society CASE specialist group was formed in 1989 with the aim of promoting effective use of Computer Assisted Software Engineering. The founder members of the group recognized that there was a need to improve on the techniques and tools that were available for software development, and to provide education into their selection and application. The BCS CASE group aims to provide an independent, critical and constructive forum for debate on CASE and related issues. It is an active group with around 500 members, to date. The group holds regular bi-monthly discussion meetings, and organizes periodic ShowCASE seminars where CASE vendors demonstrate a range of products. Also, it has an active working group on standards for CASE. Other working groups are proposed for the future.
